Multi-layered bouquet with notes of fresh sour cherry, plum, redcurrant and medicinal berries as well as a hint of pomegranate. There are also balsamic and spicy notes and an elegant reduction. Dense and balanced on the palate, with fresh acidity and fine-grained, chalky tannins. Long, mineral finish on a salty crust.
