Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Hints of dried bananas in the background with orange zest, some honey blossom, notes of LIME blossom, ripe apple. Substantial, tightly meshed, pleasant fruit sweetness, freshly structured, a touch of caramel and nougat on the finish, mineral, yellow apple on the back palate, dry finish, a multi-faceted food companion.
