Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium yellow green, silver reflections. Pleasant bouquet of ripe yellow pear, a hint of orange zest, delicate blossom honey, still somewhat restrained. Complex, balanced, fresh yellow apple, subtle acidity, fine extract sweetness, clean, delicate minerality, a hint of citrus on the finish, versatile wine.
