Tasting from 06.10.2023: Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni

Pale golden yellow. Rather subtle nose with notes of lime blossom, honey, ripe apple and yeast. Initially effervescent but fresh on the palate with citrus notes and nuances of herbs. Restrained acidity, medium length.
