Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Strong ruby core, garnet reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Dark forest berry aromas support hints of blackberries and red cherries and delicate notes of vanilla wood. Taut on the palate with good complexity, fruit core is hesitant, but has potential for deep complexity. Ripe tannins and mineral texture focus the wine in this early stage. An impressive finish that is just at the start of its potential. One to store away for a few years.
