Discreet wood and rich, berryish, savoury Burgundy fruit. Artisanal tannin, fleshy and ripe with lively acidity and the fruit providing fullness without heaviness. A Pinot Noir from the Mâconnais that has received very little sulphur (10 mg/l) but is impeccably fresh and vivid.
