The wines of Chasselas old master Louis Bovard are popular with fondue. This example has aromas of green apple, citrus fruit, herbs and flowers on the nose. Elegant on the palate, almost fragile, salty-mineral structure. A wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a fondue afterwards.
