Deep dark ruby garnet, black core, violet reflections. Floral background of black cherries, nuances of candied violets, a hint of marshmallow, thyme, blood oranges, mandarin zest, tapenade, attractive Mediterranean bouquet. Textured, silky-mineral texture, intense slate note, present tannins, fine astringency, delicate extract sweetness on the finish, salty, pleasant bitter notes, needs time, Valrhona chocolate in the aftertaste.
