Tasting from 17.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Dark mahogany with reddish hues. On the nose, buttery notes, cocktail cherry, dried tomatoes and rancio tones. On the palate a juicy structure characterized by intense, mealy phenolics, restrained sweetness and lively acidity. Complex oxidation notes appear on the finish with toasty, yeasty notes and almost truffle-like background nuances. A powerful and textured minerality unfolds to reveal great tension.
