Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium carmine garnet, ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Delicate nuances of dried plum, some blackberry confit, pleasant herbal savouriness, fine nutty aromas, a breeze of the sea. Juicy, elegant texture, firm texture, fine tannins, chalky touch on the finish, salty nuances in the aftertaste, fresh and persistent, a refined food companion.
