The white wine Fief-Vendéens-Brem AOC Les Clous, vintage 2017 from the winery Domaine Saint Nicolas has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Loire Valley in France.
Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate nutty undertones of damp hay, ripe pear, some blossom honey, hints of yellow fruit. Full-bodied, freshly structured, fine white pome fruit nuances with pleasant fruit, mineral and taut, very youthful and animating on the palate, salty and persistent, fine honey note also in the aftertaste.
