Tasting Notes
There are no analysis values for this or the older vintages. According to the booklet, the wine was partly harvested in October and partly at the end of November (!) with an ageing potential alcohol content of 12.5% by volume. Golden in colour with a clear amber hue. On the nose: bread crust, apple, some caramel, already seems a little haggard. Very lively on the palate, full of tension, full-bodied, firm but integrated acidity, clearly mineral, still vivid (albeit softer) phenolics pixels, juicy, much better in the mouth than on the nose.
