This Crémant flows into the glass, sparkling light yellow in colour with pale green reflections. The bouquet combines aromas of fruit and yeast: pear, peach, grapefruit, elderflower, and violet as well as chalk, sweet brioche and nut butter. On the palate, there is a fascinating interplay between yeast aromas, profound fruit, fine minerality and perfectly balanced acidity and dosage. An elegant and multi-layered Crémant.
