This Crémant is a fine, sparkling, light straw yellow in colour. The delicate bouquet is reminiscent of a buttery, fresh pear tart, accompanied by aromas of citrus zest and white flowers. It has a silky texture and fine bubbles on the palate. It is fruity and subtly yeasty, while the fresh acidity is rounded off by a subtle dosage. A creamy, elegant pleasure.
