Ripe yellow apple, Galia melon and apricot on the nose, a touch of wet stone. Pressure on the palate, extracts give the wine body. Lively, elegant mousse, well-balanced sweetness-acidity interplay and mineral freshness testify to intensity and complexity. Good food companion.
