Brilliant golden yellow. Yeasty savouriness, Williams pear, galia melon and a touch of lime blossom on the nose. Round, creamy on the palate with a fine acidity and smooth mousse. Balanced, uncomplicated Crémant.

Light golden yellow, silvery shimmer. Delicate nose of white currants, pear and elderflower. Flattering mousse, harmonious body with balanced acidity and fruit sweetness. Some tart herbal savouriness on the finish.
