Mineral nose, almost Chablis-like, chalky-balsamic, smoky, flint. Behind the terroir, some variety is also recognisable, with peach, mirabelle plum, pomelo. Distinctive palate structure, full-bodied, pithy, with some sweetness as a balance, but the sweetness does not run out of the dry taste. Very tactile, mineral finish.
