Light yellow in colour and persistently fine-sparkling. Citrus zest, lemon balm, sage, Williams pear, almond paste, brioche and milk roll on the nose. The palate is characterised by fine yeast notes, mineral accents and the balance of juicy acidity and fine dosage, which emphasises the fruit and brioche. An elegant yet accessible crémant.
