Light yellow in colour with green reflections and a robust mousse. On the nose, light yellow fruits such as pear, crab apple and quince, plus elderflower, lemon zest and subtle brioche. Lively and effervescent on the palate, with a good balance of juicy acidity and dosage that clearly emphasises the fruit. An invigorating crowd favourite.
