Tasting Notes
Brilliant, rich ruby colour with a slight garnet rim. Aromas of plums and pickled raspberries on the nose, also rose petals, liquorice in the background, fine and exciting. On the palate, it is as if made from a single mould, lots of pithy, dense tannins, builds up over a long time, emphasises salty components, also lots of ripe fruit, very long finish with herbal notes.
