Clear ruby, with a slight garnet sheen. Impressive, finely characterised aromas of ripe, dark cherry and plum, plus slightly smoky, mineral notes. Polished and clear on the palate, fine fruit, plenty of grippy, vivid tannins on the finish and a hint of graphite.
