The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Domìni Veneti has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella
Rich, dense ruby with a delicate garnet rim. Very clear, appealing nose with memorable fruit, lots of dark cherry, some blueberry, some red currant in the background. Round and smooth in the attack and course, soft, well-integrated tannin, juicy and with good drive, a bit bitter on the finish.
