It has a deep, dark and impenetrable ruby red colour. On the nose there are aromas of lovely strawberry confit, blood orange, rosehip, and cherry cordial, with a hint of mint and spice rounding off the bouquet. It is fruity and vivid on the palate, with compact and polished tannins, and it is powerful and rich without being overloaded. It retains a strong floral component, and it has a long finish.
