Tasting from 17.03.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. On the nose graphite, leather, ripe sour cherry, a touch of Mediterranean herbs, then cigar box. On the palate grippy tannin, tightly meshed, seems edgy, with drive, lingers with slight dryness.
