The white wine Chiarandà, vintage 2012 from the winery Donnafugata has been rated in 2016 by Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Sicily in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow with green nuances. Finely marked fruit, lots of peach, also banana, then some light honey. Creamy on the palate, shows good density, builds up, full-bodied, with a coconut finish.
