Elegant, intense lemon yellow. Primarily fumé, lightly toasted, then rich yellow fruit, lemon, peach, minimal lactic notes on the echo. The palate has subtle phenolics, punchy, racy, salty, full-bodied, slight notes of pineapple and with a bittersweet aftertaste; can quietly age a little longer.
