Salmon pink with copper reflections, very fine, vital mousse. Delicate notes of oranges, a hint of preserved cherries, red forest berries and mandarin zest. Delicately SAVOURY, subtle hints of yellow tropical fruit, fresh structure, yellow peach on the finish, mineral aftertaste, also a good accompaniment to light dishes.
