Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. On the nose it is savoury with underlying nuances of cassis and tones of yellow bell peppers, and there is a dark minerality. On the palate it is firm, very salty and tightly knit. There are flavours of fine vegetal spice, with white fruit on the finish, then undertones of citrus fruit and a touch of grapefruit on the aftertaste.
