The sweet and dessert wine Südtirol Cashmere Passito Gewürztraminer DOC, vintage 2012 from the winery Elena Walch has been rated in 2014 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gewürztraminer from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Sparkling, rich golden yellow. Finely drawn, somewhat restrained nose, aromas of cloves, quince and baked apple. Blossoms beautifully on the palate, lots of spice, develops rich pressure, sweet fruit and lots of melting, long finish.
