The red wine Aton Pinot Nero Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Elena Walch has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Lightening ruby red colour. Expressive nose of dried flower petals, mint, fine earthy notes, but also fragrant wood, candied orange pieces and sugared cherry. On the palate, it is full-bodied and powerful, opening out with compact, powerful tannins and a subtle bitter note on the finish.
