Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.05.2018: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, faint brightening on the rim. Still rather restrained bouquet with delicate hints of cherry and orange zest. Complex, close-meshed, powerful palate with taut texture, emphatically mineral, red berry fruit and freshly structured, salty finish. Showing good signs of development, but has certain ageing potential.
