Tasting Notes

Tasting from 27.05.2022: Peter Moser

Dark opaque ruby core, purple tinge to the narrow rim. Delicate nuances of black truffle, ripe dark cherries, fresh plums, fine noble wood spices, hints of figs and nougat. Mineral, taut, ripe red cherries, integrated tannins, lemony and fresh, already shows good balance; a lively food companion with certain ageing potential.
