Tasting from 01.01.2021: Peter Moser

Deep ruby, purple glints, faintly lighter ochre hue at the rim. Black berries underlaid with lovely savoury wood tones, a hint of liquorice and blackberry, as well as a light nougat undertone, followed by redcurrant and tangerine zest touches. Complex, full-bodied, pleasant fruit of the forest berry jam, taut, supporting tannins, marked by a mineral finish, displaying freshness and length, dark bristling minerality, and saline reverberations. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
