Brilliant straw yellow with a delicate mousse. Medium expressiveness on the nose, primarily yellow fruit. Initially explosive on the palate with perky mousse, then yellow fruit in the mid-palate, brisk, also salty, has a certain texture quality accompanied by a light creaminess, crisp finish.
