Sparkling, dark garnet red; opens on the nose with pronounced spicy notes, of cloves, stewed cherries; shows good structure at the start, with clearly noticeable tannins, grippy, of stewed cherries, the alcohol then clearly comes into play on the finish, becoming somewhat rough.
