Medium bright golden yellow colour with copper reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe pears, candied orange, jasmine blossom, light iodine aroma, very complex and multi-layered. Lots of drive and tension on the palate, light yeasty notes, beautiful saltiness and a lingering finish.
