The sparkling wine Rosanna Metodo Classico Rosé Extra Brut from the winery Ettore Germano has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliantly lustrous salmon colour. Slightly floral fragrance of cherry blossom, raspberry and elderberry, with some butter and white chocolate. On the palate it shows verve, crisp acidity and lots of mousse. It is lively and juicy, with good drive and a backdrop of ripe citrus fruit. Long, with a harmonious finish.
