Tasting from 01.01.2022: Anne Krebiehl MW
A lactic note appears first on the nose, followed by a tart hint of rhubarb and oxalic acid. The palate then holds something that is beautifully characteristic for this estate: a fine note of white pepper and vivid hedgerow savouriness. The body is exquisitely slender yet expressive in its flavours. An individual and distinctive take on English Pinot Meunier with wonderfully fine bubbles.
