Tasting Notes
On the nose there is a quartet of chalk, sea breeze, honey and lemon confit that promises freshness and depth. The palate is wonderfully bright and lively, the fine mousse adding brilliance to the lemon notes while everything is grounded in cool chalk. A hint of honey flashes here and there in this sleek, lively and utterly refreshing wine. A wonderful portrait of English Chardonnay Exquisite and complex.
