The nose is far more open: the savouriness is more evident, more inviting. There seems to be more intensity, while there still is the same focus, the tautness is the same, but the flavours seem to be more evident, more open, more defined. There seems to be an insistence, a textural definition that is beautiful and different. The finish is really salty and somehow richer. The finish is lasting and resonant.
