Tasting from 01.01.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with brick-red reflections. Beautiful, inviting, developed nose, dark savouriness, pepper, leather, dried tomato, cassis, noble, vegetal Cabernet fruit, very grippy on the palate, powerful, with a lot of tannin and good acidity, remains slightly cloying, minimally rough.
