Tasting from 01.01.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense light gold with orange-coloured reflections. Salted caramel, café au lait, hazelnut, with a hint of sea salt in the background, reminiscent of the scent of olive oil, fine aromas of dried peach. On the palate with considerable tannin that pushes back the fruit, appears remarkably developed for a four-year-old wine, very taut and vertical on the palate, brisk, racy.
