Tasting from 01.01.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red colour. Initially restrained on the nose, dark savoury, then slowly emerges from the glass: black cherry, barley malt, dried tomato, on the palate with plenty of tannin, extracted, slight hints of iodine and iron, the fruit remains in the background, slightly rustic tannin.
