Tasting from 08.09.2016: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Othmar Kiem

Sparse ruby garnet, purple reflections, brightening to the rim. Dark forest berry fruit, delicate red berry accents, but also some elderberry, SAVOURY nuances reminiscent of fynbos, a touch of orange zest. Juicy cherry fruit, ripe and harmonious, silky tannins, extracted sweet finish, already very well developed, a versatile food companion with certain ageing potential.
