Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Subtle to medium salmon pink. Ripe strawberry on the fruity aroma, also sliced blueberry and raspberry. Fresh on the palate with lively acidity and a touch of carbonation, but also with well-balanced substance, integrated residual sweetness. Well-groomed, as an aperitif and with food.
