Medium yellow colour, with silver reflections. Subtle herbal savouriness, some asparagus, fresh quince fruit, and a hint of grapefruit in the background, it is somewhat restrained. Medium complexity, some white tropical fruit, good acidity, with discreet coffee on the finish, and some minerality on the back palate. It seems a bit held back. (Bottle not perfect).
