Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Ripe gooseberries supported by delicate blossom honey, some orange zest, pineapple and meadow herbs. Taut, elegant, well-integrated acid and mineral structure on the palate with yellow apple fruit, pronounced fruit extract on the finish. This is complex and long lasting with ageing potential.
