The red wine Lambda Rosso Toscana IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Fattoria Kappa has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, deep, dark ruby. Very lush and ripe nose of ripe blackberry and lots of dark currant, with an appealing mix of sandalwood and liquorice in the background. Rich on the palate, with plenty of ripe fruit, warm and full-bodied, unfolds with hearty, gripping tannins, fine savouriness on the finish.
