Tasting from 10.10.2017: Axel Biesler, Ursula Haslauer, Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

An ethereal outline reminiscent of cardamom, cloves and candied orange peel. Evokes Christmas associations and should cut just as good a figure with goose and red cabbage at this time of year as it does with pasta asciuatta. It has power and acidity too. Authentic and good.
