Cuvée from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Pale lemon yellow in colour. A delicate bouquet with notes of citrus and green apple, with some Mirabelle plum and toasted notes from the wood. The juicy attack shows discreet notes of marzipan, with a chalky structure on the palate.
